Downtown Seattle Shuttle Service

For your convenience, our complimentary shuttle runs by reservations to a number of popular destinations in and around downtown Seattle* and the University of Washington campus.

Pineapple Express Shuttle service leaves at the top of the hour (:00), every hour, beginning at 7 AM and will take you to your desired location. We can pick you up from your location at the bottom of the hour (:30), every hour, ending at 9:30 PM. To schedule a shuttle trip, please stop by or call the front desk at 206-632-5057 to check for its availability.

*Excludes Seattle's Cruise Ship Terminals (Pier 66, Pier 69 & Pier 91) and Sea-Tac International Airport.

• Reservations for the shuttle are required. Please contact the front desk to reserve a seat. The shuttle accommodates a limited number of guests per trip.
• To ensure a timely trip, please be in the lobby five minutes prior to your departure time.
• Due to time and distance constraints, the shuttle will drop off and pick up at the designated stops listed. Our guest service agents can help choose the best place for you to be dropped off.
• Washington State Law Requires a car seat for all children less than six years of age or less than 60 pounds. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any children not meeting these requirements on our shuttle unless you provide a car seat. Please see a guest service agent for more information.

• Scheduled pick-ups are made by reservation. Please be at the designated pick-up point five minutes prior to this time for the shuttle will not be able to wait.
• You may schedule your pick-up time at the front desk when you make your reservation for a drop-off or directly with the shuttle driver when you are dropped off. You may also call the hotel when you are ready to arrange a pick-up. However, please note that these calls will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
